The North Carolina Independent Retailers Group, Inc. (NCIRG) is a group of Independent Retailers of Manufactured and Modular Homes, primarily located in North Carolina.  


Established in 2001, this group of Elite Retailers joined together to share best practices, leverage each others problem solving and marketing skills, and to pool their purchasing power.

Quickly, manufacturers, inventory finance providers, insurers, and suppliers recognized this was a unique group of Retailers, and desired to become recognized by NCIRG as a preferred provider. This allowed NCIRG members to gain parity with their larger counterparts within the industry.
